Still no feedback

On the 16-08-2013 i went to the atm at the phoenix plaza i went to take money once i was done, i then needed airtime, put my card back in & the card got jammed. when i called the call center to stop the account, the agent advised me that my money has been gone out of my account. i spoke to the department & a guy by the name of Senzo help me & he advised me that i need to wait 3-10 working days. it has been nearly a month now & im stuck with no money & dont know what is going on.
