I went to Mogale city to make a payment, i unfortunately took my d/card out to soon and they insisted that the payment didnt go thru because they did not receive a print out eventho on my sms notification showed that it did. I phoned ABSA and was told that the payment ishanging there and will be refunded within 24hr, when i phoned yesterday Anani told me it doesnt work like that cause it now shows the money did go thru he told me to check with M/C which i did and they said i did not go thru phoned ABSA told me the querrie was only logged this morning she cant tell me anything but that it will take 5-7 working days, so this morning i was told its going to take 30days to be refunded dueto the SERVICE level agreement they have with the other financial instutution. REALLY is that a really a SERVICE level agreement in this day and age 30 day to refund money! it is hard to believe. i need this to be sorted out ASAP Judith told me to phone STD bank but they wont care bout me cause i am not their client i am ABSA's client and feel that this should be sorted out soonest and not 30 days it is unacceptable! i cant wait 30 days as i am a single mother of 2 kids that needs tobe taken care off
