I have now numerous times complained. And will keep on complaining about the harassment of RCS. Every month I pay my account. My salary structure has changed, so I, at the moment cannot pay the full amount. So instead of R500, I pay R350. I asked to freeze my account. But I receive daily calls. Not only that. I get charged R20 per call, after I go out of my way to make an arrangement. It is totally unethical. I have been an RCS client for years, and I am not running away. You are making my problem worse with your unethical charges. Pathetic blood suckers.
