DONT GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR, BUT PAY FOR IT!

MADE A WITHDRAWAL,
NO CASH HAD BEEN DISPENCED,
SMS RECIEVED SHOWED TRANSACTION DID WITHDRAW,
CALLED 0860101341 10/09/13 SPOKE TO AN ELAINE REDDY,
TOLD HER OFF MY PROBLEM,
ASKED HER TO SEND ME, VIA EMAIL A COPY OF
MY STATEMENT AND A LETTER OF SORT THAT STATES
ALTHOUGH A TRANSACTION OCCURED, NO FUNDS WHERE
MOVED OUT THE ACCOUNT,
SHE DID NOT ATTEND TO MY REQUEST,
SHE DID NOT LET ME SPEAK,
SPOKE WHILST I WAS SPEAKING,
ARROGANT, ASSERTFUL, DAMAGING TONE,
AND TILL TODAY HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY FEEDBACK,
IF STANDARD BANK DOES NOT PULL THIS RECORDING
AND HAVE A LISTEN AND TAKE EVASIVE ACTION, I WILL PULL
MY ACCOUNT WITH ALL ITS DEFECIEPTS, DISREGARD ANY DEBT,
AS THEY HAVE CAUSED ME TO WITHDRAW, DUE TO THEIR BAD ATTITUDE.
IF YOU WANT TO HARBOUR STAFF SUCH AS ELAINE REDDY, THEN YOU HAVE NO PLACE
IN MY STRUCTURE AS YOUR STAFF ARE YOUR RELFECTION, AND RIGHT
NOW YOURL REFLECT A DONT CARE ATTITUDE.
I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH AN ATTORNEY,
I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED & DUE TO HER ATTITUDE SUSTAINED
UNWARRANTED STRESS, BEING A CARDIAC PATIENT, THUS I HAVE
CALLED FOR MY LEGAL TO CALL FOR A CIVAL BEING FILED,
A DISCIPLINARY HEARING BE HELD.
THIS IS WHERE IT STOPS!
YOU WILL BE SUED!
