I'm not happy with their services. Last month I made an arrangement with them regarding my car payments. We agreed that they will be collect an agreed amount at the end of the month. My company sent me out of town to do some work and deposited money into my account which is Nedbank cheque and MFC debited the whole outstanding owed to them without my concern. I was stuck in Bloem and had to phone around to borrow money so i could continue with the journey. So I left that alone as it was settled and managed to continue with the journey. Again beginning of the month on the 2nd the normal installment amount was debited. Again today they debited again for what reason I dont know. I am currently stuck at the garage just filled petrol in my car, and at Nedbank they say they can't reverse the transction only MFC can do that and they close at 16h30. Now what do I do. Phone around again to organize money to go home. after that what? Please advise as I had enough and have no energy to deal with this any more. My telephone bill for this month only calling Nedbank for this and that because of their service and late invoicing nope. Please assist
