Ad bad pathetic service

I have a nedbank loan which is debited straight from my account every month for the last year. For some reason they debited my account for months 2 a month for no reason that I had to resort to putting this on hello peter as I wasn't getting any information from Nedbank and have been calling in every month. Month of june the debit does not come off and I call in after getting a horrible SMS saying they handing me over and I did not know for what reason this was. after calling twice I heard that this never cam off my account in June. I made arrangements saying that that one month can be divided and taken 1 and 1/2 off for July and Aug. this being the last month in which I need to pay. This was AN ERROR ON THEIR SIDE AND NOT MINE. I am so upset that after doing this and they took their money they still sending me letter saying that they are taking legal action and after I called in today, Shihaam says that she has to put me through to collections where the calls just ends. I will not be paying for stupid letters that they are billing me for, as they need to know what is going on in their company to assure clients of a happy experience with them and not what they gave me
