I recently took my car in to Easyway Assessment Centre in Bryanston. I was very impressed with the service received by a gentleman named Prishan. He went the extra mile, arranged for my car to be taken to the panel beaters, which he did not have to do, made sure that the repairs were done with the due quality assurance and that my car was delivered to me in due time. He made sure that I was kept abreast of the status with the repair of my vehicle at all times and also made sure that my loan car was easily available and accessible. It was truly an exceptional experience at a time where service excellence is a rarity. Well done to Easyway Assessment Centre! It was a pleasure working with Prishan!
