I opened 3 funeral policy with fnb bank in 09-2011 and everything went well I'm paying R282 for all of them so now on the on the 4-09-2013 I called their head office in pretoria just to check if everything is stil the same and I was so happy to find out nothing has changed. After 20 minutse after I spoke to them a lady called me and saying my granny doesn't qualify anymore I felt like I was dreaming then I ask why, they say she is over age and I ask them why they didn't tel me from day one now after a year no one told me that even bother to call me. They were deducting my money every month now they see that my grand is old they want to cancel her policy. They are are telling me that they wil refund me and I don't want that, I only want my granny to be coverd. They must tel us before we apply. Is this how they going to treat their client? I need explanation on this matter cause is not my fault
