FNB Insurance brokers debited my account on the 26th Aug 2013 and then again at the end of the month. I phoned FNB Ins, spoke to Lesego - she admitted it was entirely their error and promised that the refund would take 48hrs to happen. She sent me a letter and promised again the money would be in my account by the 6th Sept - to date, NO PAYMENT!! I have phoned numerous times, sent countless e-mail, spoken to about 10 diff people and ALWAYS get the same response..."We are looking into the problem and we will get the dept to phone you". I phoned yesterday, today as well, only to get the same response as above! I AM NOW FED UP WITH THE PATHETIC EXCUSES FOR REFUNDING ME. I AM CANCELLING MY POLICY AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD MY ATTORNEY ABOUT THIS - SHE HAS ALREADY DRAWN UP THE LETTER OF DEMAND AND IF NOTHING HAPPENS WE WILL BE CHARGING FNB WTH!!!
