I phoned you on 10 Sept 2013 and told you that I wanted to cancel my insurance, Oct would be the last debit. I have been debited in Nov and Dec. Your people tell me that there was not enough time. 10 Sept to end Oct is 50 days. I phoned yesterday to get my money back and was told "they will see what they can do", this is no way to treat a person when you have incorrectly debited the clients account.
