SECOND POSTING - STILL NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND!
I received my iPad in good order, but did NOT select insurance for the device. Nonetheless this was charged to my account at the sum of R110.86 on 28 May 2013. To date, despite NUMEROUS emails and calls to call centres, I have not been refunded. My policy has been cancelled in the interim, which is good. Which is NOT however, is that the premium listed on the policy was R48.20. This doesn't correlate with what was charged to my account.
I DEMAND MY REFUND AND AN APOLOGY.
