After several attempts for you to solve my query you now decided to keep quite i requested the call recording of the time the transactions were stopped from the cheque account and when the consultant called me to infom me of such that there transactions that they were confirming whether i knew about, because in that call it states all the misleading information i was given by your fnb consultant about the closure of the Scheepers, Elke states that also in her email that i was called in 2011 by FNB do i want the recording because you have wrongly listed me and no one wants to take ownership for it instead Mr Ebrahim blocked me from his emails the person i was referred to and never heard from him ever since, so if any one in the circus of a bank is professional enough to call and assist me than please do or institutions out there that help consumers like me will assist me or take the matter furthe
