"Switch to FNB in 10 minutes" is a lie

I did an online application, reference number 17BCQ409, on the 13th of August 2013. To date no one contacted me )-: I used to bank with FNB but moved to a private bank due to bad services from FNB. And merely want to open a bank account for my daughter. Seems like some things never change. I am not impressed at all.
