On 15 July 2013 the Personal loans Insurance Cancellation dept. send an email stating that the policy has been accpted, the insurance will be cancelled on the loan effective August. This morning I saw on my bank statement that the full amout of R2322 went off, insurance included. I need the difference back in my account with immediate effect as all the documents, as needed, were submitted to the Insurance Cancellation dept and they failed to do their job.
