She is not doing her jo

She has sent me an email to let me know that they have given the repairs authorisation on the 03 September 2013 . Today I phoned the repair and he said he has not receive any thing from her . prior to this incident, I submitted my accident report and waited. When I phone her she said she forgot to check her email. That was week later.so how much long must I wait? And must I keep on reminding her? 97
