Ad service new account and declined smart device

My smart device application was declined based on credit scoring according to FNB. A few days later a sales consultant calls me back saying they can offer me the device and redo an application. I agreed it was accepted but onco that my monthly payment is R630 instead of 525pm as advertised. Sales explained that i did not qualify for 525 but rather the retail price @fnb for R15100 (macbook 11"128GB) NB- All over the world the same make/model retails approx R12600. I started querying and following up at my cost almost 80% of the time. I experienced so much technical errors with re. to opening the account, getting my IB setup, my bankcard to work at the atms and even to sync my card and pin. Debit order switching was a nightmare, response time and communication were so poor. This service was sooo weak and final the straw was being declined in-accurately and almost over-charged in the process (had i accepted their scaley hidden terms) FNB is sooo weak it lead to my first official complaint via HelloPETER. Thankfully i haven't closed my prev bank account, i can just return and say good riddens FNB, what a low blow!!
