Not keeping promise

Good day

After I have lowered my excess numerous times, Miway keeps on changing it back to the standard excess.
The excuses I get was that it changes back to standard every year, or that they changed ALL clients excess to the standard. How is that for personal service. Why does it change back every year, why do I have to keep on phoning in to have it changed? When I lower the excess my premium goes up, which is fair, but when they increase it again my premium doesn't go down, or goes down with less then it went up with. After the last conversation I had with Miway, Henry Shongwe promised me that he will be my contact - he even gave me his personal email to contact him directly. I have emailed him almost a week ago to put back my topup insurance (which they also took off without my permission), and he still hasn't contacted me. I have had very good service from miway in the past and this is really disappointing, it seems like they are dropping the ball.
