I made an accident on the 08/08/13...
Submitted my claim which was only autorised 2 weeks later
My car is still not fixed with the date today being 10/09/13, really???
I received a sms from AVIS stating that my car hire expires on the 11/09/13 & if I extend it will be out of my own account...
Upon calling MIWAY they can't help as usual but it was sent to a Panel beater (RENEW IT RANDBURG, which is not better) of their choice not mine & taking forever to fix my car...
Now it is becoming my problem & more expense when I pay a monthly premium on insurance for stuff like this to be taken care of when I find myself in a situation...
Basically MIWAY as my insurance company can't help me & it is all on me...
Absolutely pathetic & I would not recommend MIWAY to anyone...
Very efficient when they want to sign you up but after service...
