YOU LOST A CLIENT

I have been with your bank for donkey years and I think it is about time I move all my accounts from you, the last straw is when your consultant and even her managers after I have been told that I didnt take a device with you and she was going to send that in writing, worst part is, another that the calls were not recorded when she made that promise. some of the things that should have made me move, high rate when buying the car and even my old house, but I remained loyal.By the way, it is never about the money but more about the principle and I cant associate myself with a bunch of liars. Even the so called platinum status I have means nothing as I cant even use your slow lounge for no reason so I may as well go elsewhere. it was good!
