FNB do not want anymore customers!

I desperately wanted to change my bank accounts from ABSA to FNB for myself and also my whole family. I am in the process of purchasing a house and I said that FNB needs to give me the best interest rate or just match the best rate I get from any other bank. After going backwards and forwards for several days, unfortunately FNB were a whopping 2.19% more than the rate I received from ABSA. Here I am as a customer willing and wanting to move to FNB to become a customer. Between my wife and I we earn over R1m a year and FNB basically say that they are not interested in our business. I was even going to move my motor finance over to FNB as well. I already went to speak to a consultant about that, but it is clear that FNB does not want or need more business. FNB actually gave me the worst interest rate out of all the banks so it actually shows me that it is not a bank that I want to use if they have the highest banking rates.
You now have lost a potential customer due to poor service.
