I'm asking myself WHY

Firstly I went to the Capitec branch at Lifestyle Centre to open a savings account & apply for a loan on 25 June 2013. Capitec done 3 simultaneous enquiries with Experian credit bureau. I decided against the loan based on the amount approved. Why 3 enquiries at once? Please correct this to only reflect 1 enquiry.

Secondly on Friday 06/09 I applied for a loan and the lady that assisted promised to call me back that afternoon with an answer. My question why make a promise you unable to keep why not tell me outright you don't want my business rather assume I will get the picture by your silence. I stll have the customer ticket number 076.
