Second time applying for a home loan through FNB & quite frankly I have never been helped by FNB just woowed by their advertising. 1st application was declined yet other banks offered. Second time & decided let me give my bank priority over other banks as they already have my profile, what a joke FNB has always been, 1st Arlene van Eck is so rude, needs to go back to Matric & serves no purpose at FNB. Daft Arlene when you speak to clients you are representing FNB, as such you have the responsibility to follow through queriess to completion, dont be a coward& hang up the phone when you are clueless, shallow & stupid. I dont care who you slept with to get that job but you certainly did not earn that position. Secondly will FNB please explain to me how you have been helping me with this premium status, maybe this time you can assist, I NEED MY PLATINUM account CLOSED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.It amazing why FNB never made it on top10 ethical companies in SA its all talk without substance dont be fooled with loud mouths no action companies, FNB CAN NOT HELP YOU better Capitec
