WORSE BANK TO DEAL WITH

I PRAY THAT THIS BRINGS A CONCLUSION TO MY PROBLEM CAUSE NOTHING ELSE HAS TILL NOW. 2 weeks ago my debit card was cloned, i reported the matter and all the necessary forms were completed and told that i should return within 7 working days. I did that and was told that it takes weeks for the matter to be resolved and not days, i subsequently asked for an overdraft facility to be granted as i had no alternative means to travel or do day to day stuff because of the card cloning incident. It was declined twice before calling their complaints dep. eventually it was approved, i signed the contract on friday, was told that funds will be available either later or saturday. Saturday i went to silverton branch to confirm what's the hold up i was told FOR THE FIRST TIME that because of my account being changed from transactor plus to a cheque and the current fee cycle the O/D cannot be uploaded. I was then informed that on monday the credid department would be contacted to override that and make the funds available, guess what? Nothing yet. i opened the account as a cheq, i find out now that it was a savings. NEDBANK HAS BEEN PATHETIC AND I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYBODY FROM JOINING THEM. EVER
