Esna gave me a detailed breakdown of procedures that FNB normally follow and the reasons therefore (the staff from Premier Banking was unable to do that). She also recommended an alternative procedure which speeded up the process of repayment of the final installment of the homeloan, instead of waiting for 45 days (which is FNB's policy), she was able to process it much quicker.
Employees like Esna should rather be appointed in the premier banking department than the current employees. It appears that the current ones do not have any knowledge of what the processes and reasons for certain procedures are.
