I have an insurance policy with One com (policy number PM/272020), my broker is Legacy detailing with Veni Moonsamy.
After a recent claim for jewellery I was informed that my claim was rejected due to no forced entry at the premises where the goods was kept at time of the incident.
The policy schedule does not stipulate this as condition of claim, nor was I informed of this by my broker at the time the cover was accepted.
I request that as legal required the proof that this was brought to my attention be sent to me immediately on email [Email Removed] by no later than Monday 28 January 2013, failing which I will be left with no alternative but to report this to the authorities as miss representation and.
