No Repair Authorisation 10 Days Late

My car was involved in a minor crash which affected the left-hand side mirror and resulted in mimor swipe on the side of the door. I followed procedure including obtaining a police report and submitting all the necessary info on 28 August. MiWay instructed me to take the car to Dals Libertas workshop on Monday, 2 September 2013. I phoned the workshop on Wednesday, 4 and they informed me that no work had been done on the car as MiWay had not forwarded an authorisation for the repairs and I should check again later.

On Friday, 6 I contacted the workshop again to be told nothing had changed, the representative went s far as advising me to fetch the car as no new processes would be implemented over the weekend without MiWay's authorisation. All I'm getting from this experience is MiWay's continued contentmpt and non-responsive treatment of their customers.

I regret being with MiWay at this time.
