i laid an insurance claim on the 11th may 2013 and finallised it monday morning 13th may 2013 today is the 27th may 2013 nothing has been done my car is collecting dust at the repair workshop they cant fix it because they are waiting for authorisation for 16 days now... i read an article in the newspaper now this is happening to me ... :( i even took back the Courtesy car course my days r finished and my car has not been worked on yets ..poor service this is really sad ..
