I'm insured with Finrite Insurance and they are just games, on the date 2013/04/16 I called Finrite Insurence to put a claim and I didn't get any call from them, on 2013/04/22 I have send them a e-mail to ask them "how far are them with my tab and they didn't reply and I called them again and they send I must pay R750 and I did that, but everyday I have to call them to ask about how far and they'll say they'll come back to me but they'll never do that, this week they promised to give me a new because they don't get the same tab that I was using and they said they'll call me and I asked to wait in town so that I can go to Cell C to get the new tab and I waited for them to call me from 12:00 until 17:30 in town waiting for them to call me but they didn't, I called them the next day and I was helped by someone (Buhle) and She promised agian that she'll call me but as always, She didn't. I'm really not help paying my insurence but when they have to repled my tab they take long time to do that
