I applied for a personal loan yesterday - spoke to a very nice lady (didn't get her name) - she assisted me, said all was fine etc, funds might even be available yesterday - she phoned me later requesting latest payslip, I said I don't have one as I have been on maternity leave and only started working wednesday again. She advised she will call me if there is any problems. I didn't receive any feedback. Phoned this mornng, held on for like 20minutes, spoke to 3 different people, only to be told it's pending? Please can someone advise what is going on as I am not getting a clear answer for anyone.
