My car was recently repaired after I submitted a claim with Iwyze. Straight after collecting my car my tyre light came on indicating that the tyre was damaged. I got the tyre replaced as i was going to be travelling long distance and could not wait another 3 montsh for the panelbeaters to fix it. The tyre was never fixed as part of the claim. I sent the tyre and teh invoice to ABS in Midrand to get the money I spent re-imbursed. The panelbeaters apparently say the insurance company refuses to pay for this. I am totally outraged by this as the damage to the tyre was part of the accident which the assessor admitted that he did not assess. I am really get tired of the incompetence of Iwyze and its affiliates. I need the money i spent on this tyre re-imbursed asap or i will be consulting the ombudsman.
