Well on Monday as I was sitting in a meeting, I started to receive SMS's from FNB about money that was been taken out of my account, I took no notice of it at the time as I was in a meeting, when I got the chance I saw what was happening and phoned the hotline they cancelled my card but at the same time as I was on the phone with them another R500.00 went out, I then went to the Ranburg branch got the affidavit done ordered a new card etc. and was promised that they would e-mail the paperwork to the department, in all this time the money had still not left my account, well this morning I get on the online banking and see that the money has now been released, I phoned the department to find out what's going on and they say they never received the affidavit, I then phoned the branch and had a "little fit" and gave them a e-mail address to send it to, this is were Chad comes in he at lest helped, but now its going to take up to 20 working days to get me my money back which I believe is absurd, I need to live people and had this been sent to department earlier I would not have had to wait 20 days before I could do anything, I find this extremely irritating.
