Dear Capfin,
This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. Please call your clients should the debit order date be changed as compared to sms. I missed the sms that said my debit order will go off on the 13th of December therefore it has put a huge strain on my finances as i was expecting it to go off at the end of the month. Had your consultants called me, I would gladly have prepared for funds to be available earlier. SMSes are simply not good enough!
