INCORRECT BILLING - NOW HIGHER BANK CHARGES!!!

Hellow Peter,

I had a loan with Capfin and I finished paying it on the 27th of January and paid R1500.00 (TRANSFER) I got an sms that i paid more for about R47.00 but again on the 02th of August 2013 they still sent through a debit order to my account while i finished paying and even called them before then to confirm this. The debit order went through and resulted to on charges of R115 that I cannot pay as it was their duty to update theier system.

So I want my money back, R115 and the change paid into my account as they also demanded thier monrey and I paid it with 60% interest charged!

I am not happy about this, i am really upset!
