Outsurance not bending over backwards

My vehicle was unfortunately written off in August this year due to an accident, whereby damage was declared uneconomical to repair.

On 2nd September 2013, I was debited for the amount of R575.08, the monthly insurance premium on the vehicle, which was written off. On complaining to Outsurance, and being kept on the phone for 10 minutes, I am informed that I have to wait until 12th September 2013 to see the money returned to my account, which was debited in error. I can have this done faster, if I contact Outstance again and send them copies of my bank statement etc, - I.E - IF I DO THE WORK! Shocking!

Not to mention that I have lodged complaints about poor service, which they have on record, and have had to settle damages to my car out of pocket due to Outsurance not covering - and ALL this for such an expensive premium! (YES, I'VE HAD CHEAPER QUOTES)

GOODBYE OUTSTANCE - CAN'T SAY IT WAS A PLEASURE.
