I am a Nedbank Client, they are my primary bank but can you believe they are charging me close to 4% above prime??? This is my first house of which i only owe R587 000.00 but my monthly instalment is R6500.00??? I have a current account with an overdraft facility, Investment, a credit card a homeloan with them. I requested to have a restructure done on my bond, which is they have to re-look at the interest rate they gave me... And 2 weeks later, i still do not have a response. SA homeloans is offering me a far better rate than my own bank, how is that??? What are the benefits of being a Nedbank Client then??? I respect to my credit records, as far as I know all my bills are paid temely; thus I have no adverses or jusgement against my name. Then why do they charge me an arm and a leg and not processing my request???
I am very disappointed at Nedbank as I have worked for them before and I have refered most of my friends and family to them; but this is making me rethink my decision to stay with them.
