No response as an existing client

I am sad to say that after I last posted here that FFW had a quick response time I have not received any calls back from them despite using their website to have them call me back so that I can add items onto my insurance and to change a few details.
An email to the gent who I am dealing with came back saying his inbox is full with no other persons details who I could contact regarding my query.
Terrible service after calling me at the speed of light to sign me up.
