Lack of FEEDBACK and BAD Customer Service

Dear Hello Peter,

I made an investment on the 17-04-13, by Keegan Naidoo at the Nedbank in Phoenix. He told me that the fixed income would be much higher than what the documents said when I received the official paperwork on the 24-04-13, He to me about the investment just so that he could gain from the comission off my investment. He never expalined anything to me whilst I was there. I immediately went to the bank the same day I received the officail paperwork and i approached this person and spoke to him about this and he denied everything and was completely arrogant to me with a terrible attitude! I wrote a letter to Cheryl Breytenbach who is Keegan's superior and explained this incident to her nothing has happened. Nothing Constructive has been done at all, I have asked Nedbank to cancel this investment and return my money to me and nobody responds to me and give me the run around. I am a sickly person and I do not have the time to be running around and not getting any joy from Nedbank. The service that I have received from Nedbank and the people who work there is utterly disgusting! I want this to be resolved. Someone needs to contact me, I cannot write everything here.
