Here goes...
A few months ago I had to make the decision to go under debt review as things weren't looking good (which is a completely different story altogether). My Debt councillor said fill in this sign here and it was done. Now my Debt Councillor had power of Attorney to cancel all debit order which they did. Everything went according to plan except with FNB. For the past 2 months FNB's debit orders for the personal loan has gone through and getting them to refund the payments... Well so far nothing. As far as I understand by law FNB is not allowed to take any additional payments from me (i.e. Debit Order) except for the ones they are getting from my Debit Councillor. For me this is a lot of money and I would like to be refunded.
Hopes this get resolved soon.
