On 04/09/2013 I called the Call Centre to update my policy, the call was promptly and courteously answered by Taryn. Taryn was extremely efficient and had a good telephone etiquette. Her knowledge of the process immediately put me at ease. Dealing with unprofessional Call Centre Consultants can be very annoying and frustrating, dealing with Taryn was truly a pleasant experience. Within a few minutes my query was completed and as I put the phone down I received an email with my updates. Excellent job Miway!!
