I was early for my appoint and was greeted by security, who was aware of my name based on the time of my appointment.

I was then allowed into the the assessment centre that was extremely clean. I was introduced to Mr Mulqueeny, the assessor who made me feel at home. He explained that the initial assessment would be visual but once the car was in the workshop the full extent of the damage could be better ascertained.
There were no time delays while I was at the assessment centre.

At all times the stall were very proffesional.
