Bad customer service

I have been with Indwe for so many since it was still referred to as Prestasi and have had few claims of insignificant value. I had an accident and filed a claim with some lady called happy and an assessor did his parr on the14th Aug 13 and no one said anything about the approval. Upon investigation I noted that the claim was approved on the 14th and my query after waiting on the IVR for almost 45 minutes was responded to and I spoke to the claims manager, Neville. He noted that it was extremely bad service & I even put that on email and to date they have not even acknowledged my email despite having read my emails. A rental car was made available to me and they decided to book it for 7 days. Notwithstanding their poor and disgusting customer service, they didn't even bother to advise why they booked for those days. On Monday the 2nd and Tuesday the 3rd I recieved an sms from Avis advising that the car must be returned on the 3rd. Send emails to same experts of bad service, Roberta, Jennette and Neville and advised them to extend the car accordingly.
