Another "Mistake" from our beloved FNB

This is the latest in my life with our beloved FNB, for two months in a row FNB deducted R177.00 from my account for as loan that was settled almost 10 months ago, "Apparently" a system error and this was corrected a couple of days later. At the end of August they did the same thing then reversed it but my bank statement now reads "EDO UNSUCCESSFULL COLLECTION" but there was R57000.00 in my account at that stage but that remark on my statement is a black mark against my name as far as I am concerned and it cannot be removed neither will my personal banker supply me with contact details for the heads of department to discuss this matter - DOES FNB THINK THEY CAN DO JUST WHAT THEY WANT AND GET AWAY WITH IT, NOT THIS TIME I'M SORRY
