I applied for a further loan last week Monday the 24th of June 2013, I then followed up on Tuesday to confirm if my new application has been received, it was confirmed that the application was received by Farinha Khan, and she advised that I will receive feedback in two days from submission, today is the 2nd of July 2013 and still NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN GIVEN with regards to our application. Not a call to at least keep us in the loop whilst Credit is assessing the application, NOTHING.
I have always boasted about SA Home Loans services, but this is really ridiculous... we hear the ads on the radio about how good SA Home Loans service is, but I'm sorry to say this service I am receiving from Farinha Khan is absolutely appalling.
