I've been trying to get my late brother's policy payment paid from a non-resident account for my sister-in-law who resides in Taiwan. This case has been dragging on for a year already, and every time I send the requirements, they ask for something else. I've personally handed the documentation to these 2 people on numerous occasions, they've also received emailed copies. Today, after being told all documentation was in order, I receive a mail that they need something else! They don't have the decency to call me back and they definitely don't follow up on things. I've reported the case to the Ombudsman
