Original Documentation Frustration

After several phone calls 0860 669 669 and emails to Bankfin/ABSA, and I have still not received any feedback as to the progress of ABSA/Bankfin retrieving the original car registration documents.

I have submitted copies of ID's, licence disk, car registration and a payment of R325.00 and still no feedback from the bank.

To add insult to injury the one email I received requesting for payment from the Bank is nameless without any contact name or telephone number to do any follow up.

More importantly I am requested to pay for the documentation which the bank has not archived electronically which will allow them to retrieve easily but they lost the original documentation and cannot locate my account number after I submitted copies of both my ID numbers...

how much longer should I wait!!!
