Shocking service

1. Specialist's bill, Dr G Webb dd 8/2013 still not paid to date after Essential Med confirmed R500 would be covered. Several calls made to various staff in Oct and nov. I phoned Nikita on 13 and 14 Nov, she confirmed bill would be pd. STILL WAITING!
2. Pathcare dd 26/8/2013 R 208, 40: Nikita advised 14 Nov that she'd come back to me and HAS NOT! Pathcare hv confirmed to date bill is still outstanding!
3. Dr Richards R233, 00 dd 4 Nov? Please refund my doctor for visit.
Essential Med, I suggest you jack up your service otherwise it's not going to be very essential for me to use you any longer! You take my money every month and you're not giving me service! I'm totally disgusted!
One cannot get through to your offices either! I would like you to tell me what the reason is for these bills not being processed timeously. I note that there are many members out there with the same scenarios. What is going on?
