MI am utterly disgusted with the audacity of the mail and refuse to acknowledge the drivel in the mail below.

My debit orders as per normal circumstances are set off for the LAST DAY of the month which surprisingly so it isn't this time of the month? And Bruma without Authority helps themselves to my account without authorization as the dates are completely off!!!

It isn't my problem or issue in the least for your greedy early collection of my repayments!!!

You as a "financial institution" should rethink these ridiculous mails and find out your facts before sending this disaster of a mail out!!! As the repercussion of this mail with seriously and indefinitely impact my decision to EVER take out a loan with Bruma again!!! And will take this up further with someone higher!!!
