Im still awaiting your response regarding the personal loan account that was to be closed in april 2013 and a monthly debit order of R119 was deducted for the past 3 months. after my initial complaint in early august the account was closed and the amount was re-imbursed. On 26th August the full amount of R237 was deducted on my chequeq account again, I have recieved a confirmation email stating that it will be investigated upto date i have received no response email.
