I'm so frustrated at this stage, i recently found out that whilst making arrangement with Nu-debt for my Sa multiloan account and paying the money in their account they deducted R1040 from my account on the 15 July without my permission, then i also find out that my account has been closed with them wot a suprise. i then go to my bank suprise suprise another debit order for R1040 scheduled to go off on the 15 August. I am so angry i need a letter from nu-debt as my bank does not want to stop the debit order without proof from the company. i also want my money refunded that was taken from my account as it was taken without my permission, i never agreed to those amounts been deducted.
