After 3 weeks of getting my brand bew car, I knocked it when trying to park it into the garage. I panicked after the incident and started reading all the complaints on Hellopeter about MiWayand this stressed me even more, I believed that they would give me a problem. But Sandile was helpful within 3 days my claim was approved and the panel beaters were working on my car, Minimaxi panel beaters called to keep me updated about the progress of my car. I must say I am a happy MiWay customer even when I had no faith in them after going through the complaints. Sandile did not follow up on me though but I am just happy that my car is done and in a good condition and that the Minimaxi panel beaters were helpful and did a good job.
